Values
We believe every animal life has value, regardless of their past or where they come from. Our mission is to protect, rehabilitate, and advocate for those without a voice, while promoting humane, long-term solutions through sterilisation, vaccination, and education.
We stand for compassion over cruelty. True change comes from responsibility, community, and kindness.
Vision
Our vision is a world where no animal is left to suffer. Where communities and strays coexist safely, and humane solutions replace cruelty.
Through ongoing sterilisation, education and rescue efforts, we aim to create lasting change, reducing suffering at its root and giving every animal the chance to live a safe, valued life.
How It All Began
Why we started—and why we won't stop
During the global pandemic, the dogs of Coron faced unthinkable suffering—many were rounded up and taken to the local dumpsite, left in overcrowded cages without food to survive.
When Victoria heard of this, she couldn't turn away. She began visiting the dump daily on her scooter, bringing food to the starving dogs. What started as a simple act of kindness soon became a mission — Coron Animal Savers was born.
With the help of kind supporters, Victoria secured a small plot of land and began rescuing as many dogs as she could. Sadly, many had already lost their lives, but CAS became a safe haven for survivors — a place of hope, happiness, and second chances. The plot was basic with no shelter and was across a river that often flooded.
Over the years, CAS has grown through community support and donations. It took time, love, and resilience to build what we now call home — with multiple dog areas, ongoing rehabilitation efforts, and plans to expand with a dedicated cat area.
